Rebel Athletic Willow Bend Party Events are redeemable through www.RebelAthletic.com.  Purchasers will receive a questionnaire 48 business hours after purchase date.  Cancellation for a full refund can be made more than two weeks before scheduled event date. Event reschedule or cancellation for store credit only can be made within two weeks of scheduled event date.  Date and time changes are subject to availability.  Party decorations, food, and beverage are excluded and is the purchaser’s responsibility.  Birthday celebrants will receive an in-store discount which is valid for the day of the event date.  Willow Bend Birthday Party purchases are excluded from Rebel Athletic discounts.
