RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Rebel Athletic does not accept unauthorized returns of online orders. Packages received with individually created shipping labels and/or no Return Authorization will be denied and returned to the sender.

We understand holiday hauls don't always go as planned and for that reason have extended our return window for the gift giving season to include in-stock orders placed November 18, 2024- December 24, 2024, within 14 days of December 25, 2024.

Don’t love something, or it didn’t fit?

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused Rebel Athletic merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery confirmation for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling and the retail value of the Gift with Purchase (GWP) where applicable. We are only able to take returns at our Flagship Store if purchased in store. We are unable to take online returns at this time.

Please note, once a purchase is made, we are unable to apply discount codes.

Event Returns: Merchandise purchased at a Rebel Athletic Dream Boutique pop-up event become final sale upon the conclusion of the event in which the item(s) were purchased. Should you need to make a return or exchange during an event or prior to the conclusion of an event, we accept clean, unwashed, unworn merchandise with the original tags attached and event transaction validation for exchange or refund.

Rebel Athletic Flagship Store Returns: Merchandise purchased at our Flagship Store in The Shops at Willow Bend, 6121 W. Park Blvd., Suite A211, Plano, TX 75093; can only be returned in-store under the following conditions: we accept unwashed, unworn items with the original tags attached and store receipt for a refund within 14 days of transaction date.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

No, because Rebel Athletic is a fast-fashion brand. Current styles sell through quickly as new products are continuously being released! To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all customers, we do not accept exchanges. We encourage you to place a new order, securing the style/size/colorway needed.

International Returns:

Please secure your own postage with tracking and notify us within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

Returns Process Guideline

Proof of Purchase – Each online transaction has a unique order number. The order number associated with the item(s) being returned is required to receive Return Authorization.

All items for return are subject to inspection upon return. Should we deem the item(s) unreturnable, you will be contacted by our customer service team, and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Please follow the three-step process outlined below to kickstart the returns process for online orders:

STEP 1: Login to your account and then select the returns tab located on the left side of the page. Select the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason for return. Once your return request is submitted, it will enter our queue for approval. If approved, a pre-paid shipping label and Return Packing Slip will be generated and sent to you via email. You will also have access to this return label in your Rebel account. Please note - By using the generated pre-paid return label outlined in Step 2, you agree to a return shipping and handling fee of $9.99, deducted from your refund. International customers must receive return authorization and secure their own postage.

STEP 2: Place your item(s) and Return Packing Slip in a secure shipping box/envelope, cover any previous shipping labels if reusing packaging. Adhere the pre-paid return shipping label generated in Step 1 to the outside of your return package. On the outside of the package, please clearly write RETURN and your online order number. Example: RETURN – RA-123456

STEP 3: The pre-paid return label sent to your email is also in your Rebel Athletic account. Please take and save an image of the pre-paid label, write down the tracking number and carrier information so you can track the return package. Drop your return package off with the shipping carrier designated on the shipping label and obtain a receipt/proof to ensure your package is trackable.

Rebel Athletic is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit and/or merchandise shipped to us without verifiable tracking information.

Return Process:

How long will it take to get my refund? The inspection and refund process of online order returns takes 14-28 business days, Monday through Friday. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or to store credit in the form of an electronic gift card where applicable. You will receive an email when we process your refund.

Rebel Athletic Warranty Policy

Apparel, Performance Shoes, and Dream Bags sold at www.RebelAthletic.com, Rebel Athletic Dream Boutique pop-up events, and our Flagship storefront are covered by their respective limited warranty. Each warranty covers defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

These warranties do not cover final sale items, damages due to normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, surface blemishes (stains, scratches, holes/tears), the natural breakdown of color, improper care, and/or incidental/consequential damage due to embroidery or customization.

Apparel Warranty

Rebel Athletic apparel is covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and offers a replacement in the same style/size as the original item purchased, covering 365 days from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. The Apparel Warranty does not cover the following:

• Stains
• Torn or ripped fabric
• Shrinkage, damaged due to improper washing/drying.
• Damage or loss during travel.
• Archive Sale items.

Performance Shoe Warranty

Rebel Athletic Performance Shoes are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and offers a replacement in the same style/size as the original item purchased, covering 90 days from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover sole inserts or shoelaces.

Dream Bag Warranty

The Dream Bag One-Year Limited Warranty has been expanded and further defined with the following key updates:

All Rebel Dream Bags purchased through Rebel Athletic are covered by a limited, 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. The Rebel Dream Bag One-Year Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser and offers a replacement in the same style/size of the original item purchased, covering one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The Rebel Dream Bag One-Year Limited Warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

• Glitter loss, color loss, peeling/cracking of material in non-abrasive areas, excluding the small front outer pocket, corners, material surrounding outer zippers, handles, and straps.
• Zipper malfunctioning from coiling, gaps or separations disallowing zipper closure.
• Non-working stopper of the water bottle side pocket.

The Rebel Dream Bag One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, surface blemishes (stains, scratches, holes/tears), the natural breakdown of color, improper care, and/or incidental/consequential damage due to embroidery or customization.

Rebel Athletic Reward Points:

All registered online accounts can earn Rebel Reward points through www.rebelathletic.com, our Flagship store in Willow Bend Mall, and Dream Boutique purchases. To earn 1 point for every $1 (tax and shipping amounts excluded) spent online and in-store, you must sign in to your account before each purchase. To earn reward points for Dream Boutique pop-up event purchases, the email address associated with your registered Rebel Athletic account is required at checkout.

If you missed the opportunity to provide your email address at checkout during a Dream Boutique pop-up event, please send an email with a copy of your receipt to shop@rebelathletic.com within 48 hours of the event purchase date, and we will gladly update your account.
