Online Orders

We have hundreds of items available for online purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days every week. While guest orders are welcome, we prefer and suggest you place an online order using your Rebel Athletic online account. Creating an account has many benefits: faster checkout, order history and tracking, as well as procure a wish list of your favorite Rebel Athletic merchandise. Plus, you can earn and redeem rewards points!

Special Order Policy

Crystal Couture, Special-Order apparel and Crystal Monogram Bags are made-to-order items that can only be canceled within 24 business hours of purchase. To cancel your special order, please send an email to info@rebelathletic.com. Once made-to-order items are submitted to production they cannot be canceled, are non-returnable and final sale. Crystal Couture as well as special-order apparel takes six to eight weeks from order submission to produce. In-stock Crystal Couture and Special-Order apparel are also final sale.

Dream Luggage

Dream Luggage is available to ship within the United States only due to the expensive freight and handling fees our company pays to ship to international locations. While our website is unable to identify where this amazing product ships to, we have this shopping policy posted within Dream Luggage description pages to help inform our customers pre-purchase. Online orders of Dream Luggage set to ship to international locations will be canceled, refunded and a notification sent by email.

Team orders

Merchandise sold at www.RebelAthletic.com is for individual retail purchases only.  If you are interested in purchasing team apparel and accessories, visit https://www.rebelathleticcheer.com/contact-form, fill out the Contact Rebel Athletic form and a member of our Team Sales department will contact you within 24 business hours.

Maximum quantity order policy

To give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our products, we allow a maximum of four units per item, per online order. We do not authorize bulk orders of merchandise sold at www.RebelAthletic.com and retain the right to process or decline orders at our discretion should we determine an online order does not follow this policy.

All online orders require full payment. We only accept America Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa credit or debit cards, and Rebel Athletic Gift Cards.

Gift Cards

Rebel Athletic Gift Cards are available for online purchase at https://www.rebelathletic.com/gifts/gift-cards.html and can be used with discount codes. The maximum purchase amount is $199 per gift card. Rebel Athletic Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Rebel Athletic Gift Cards. Online orders of this type will be canceled, and a refund issued to the original form of payment

Rebel Athletic Discount Codes, Promotions

We offer 10% discount codes to new customers who sign up to receive our emails. Sign up here to get the inside scoop about exclusive online offers, new product alerts, pop-up shop events, and more. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

Rebel Athletic discount codes have the following terms and conditions: cannot be stacked at checkout or combined with other discounts. Codes will only apply to online purchases. Dream Boutique and in-store purchases are excluded. The following are also excluded from Rebel Athletic discounting: Crystal Couture, Special Order, Collectables, OMG Sale and Gift Cards. 

Promotional offers and discount codes posted at third-party websites are not authorized by Rebel Athletic and cannot be redeemed as they are invalid or have expired.

Price Adjustments

We add markdowns to our OMG Clearance Sale regularly. Should full-priced Rebel Athletic merchandise purchased online drop in price within seven days of the order submission date, we will offer a refund for the difference between the paid and markdown price upon customer request. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments require an original sales receipt and can only be issued to the original purchaser. Price adjustments do not apply to promotions, discount codes, contests, cart discounts or gift-with-purchase opportunities. Our policy covers a maximum of two items per order. Price adjustments for Dream Boutique and in-store purchases do not apply to online orders. To request a price adjustment for an eligible online purchase, please send an email to info@rebelathletic.com  and include your order number, product name, and item number.

Headquarters is only open for Rebel Athletic employees. 

Tours, showroom visits, and order pick up/returns are not available at this location.

Our office is closed in observance of these major national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our friendly Customer Relations team will return all phone calls and emails within 24-48 business hours of returning to corporate headquarters. Please allow us 48-72 business hours for online order processing, returns, and outgoing shipments after reopening.

In-store shopping

We are proud to announce our permanent residency at The Shops at Willow Bend Mall in Plano, Texas. The Grand Opening was on October 29, 2022. Location and business hours are:
