Shipping policy

 

Due to the high volume of orders received or inclement weather, shipping may be delayed.  Please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase to receive a ship notification.  Thank you for your patience.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

All expedited shipping orders of in-stock products will ship the next business day (Monday – Friday).

EXCEPTION: Orders placed before 2pm CT on Friday will ship out on Friday afternoon. If your order is received after 2pm CT on Friday, including Saturdays and Sundays when we are closed, those orders will ship on Monday. Rebel Athletic offices are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Expedited orders placed on these holidays will ship the next business day (Monday – Friday).While we will do our best, expedited shipping may not be feasible on every order – ultimately we depend on the carrier to execute the delivery. Please check carrier websites for possible seasonal or weather related delays in your area before making your purchase. In the event that the carrier does not deliver your order as expected, Rebel Athletic is not at fault as long as our shipping policies and timing as outlined below are followed. For claims regarding your shipment (including delivery, damage, theft, lost package, delays, etc), please contact the carrier directly for assistance and resolution. Rebel Athletic will not be responsible for any claims or refunds under any circumstances. Please note, under no circumstances are expedited shipping fees you pay eligible for refund or return, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, or quality replacements. Rebel will make an exception to this rule - only if Rebel Athletic is unable to execute your expedited shipping order in accordance with these policies, someone from our Customer Relations Team will connect with you for options.

We combine orders per our discretion.  Shipping and handling of individual orders that do not qualify for automatic free shipping are ineligible for a refund.

Due to the intricacy of our Crystal Couture garments, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production from the date of placing your order.

Please note: All Crystal Couture and Special Order apparel is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Orders containing Couture, in-stock or made-to-order items can only be cancelled within 24 business hours of purchase.  Please send an email requesting order cancellation to info@rebelathletic.com and provide your online order number.
