Em I bought a size up from my daughter‘s usual size. They fit great and she still has a little room for growth, so she will be able to wear them for a while. Her normal size was a bit too compressive to her liking. The material is thick and sturdy, and we have not had any issues with the crystals falling off so far after four washes. We wash them turned inside out in a delicates bag-in the gentle cycle.
