The front compartment of this bag is designed to hold makeup and has an interior pocket for palettes. 

The second compartment opens flat and has elastic holders inside to hold up to 8 brushes or even lip gloss/lipstick tubes. Each elastic holder can accommodate large to small handle brushes.
