Rebel Crystal Lip Top Coat protects lips against moisture loss. Apply on top of your favorite Rebel Lip color or wear alone for all day shine. 

Please note, only our own Rebel Crystal Lip Top Coat formula works with the chemistry of our matte lip colors when applied to prevent peeling, flaking or “cracking” of the matte base color.  When applying, use the applicator to fill in your gorgeous lips, covering the matte color while avoid smudging lips together like lip balm or other glosses. Apply, let dry and enjoy!
